Ingredients:
1 Pound Ground Lamb
1 Can Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
1 Jar (7.8oz) of Nasi Goreng Paste
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
2 Eggs
3 Cups Cooked Rice
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Turmeric
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
In a large pan, scramble eggs and set aside
In the same pan, heat olive oil and nasi goreng paste for a minute
Add in lamb and cook through
Mix in beans, salt, pepper, cumin, and turmeric
On your plate, fold eggs into rice. Pour lamb and beans into bowl to serve.
